Refund policy

100% no questions asked refund within 30 days of purchase. You must contact us at roar@thebearpost.com for a return authorization number (RA).

Shipping cost back to us will be your responsibility. It is advised to use a shipping service where tracking is possible to verify that we receive your shipment. The items you are returning must be in original condition. Items with obvious damage or not in original condition, will not be eligible for refund. The Bear Post will make every effort to work with you.

Once we receive your shipment, we will process the refund within 3 to 5 business days. You can expect to see the credit in reference to your banking institution or credit card holder policy.
