Use the fasteners to lock The Bear Post (TBP) into the perfect position, then get busy busting up that fascia. The big radius is perfect for extended Self-myofascial release (SMR) sessions, like a lacrosse ball but at least 1,000 times better. The small radius is perfect for specific areas and bullseye precision on your most troublesome spots; trust us that you've never felt this level of precision before.
We encourage a little intuition when using TBP. This is a very powerful tool that can leave you feeling sore and mauled.

The paint on the vertical upright will be marred and likely fully removed. We sell washers, an additional purchase, with rubber on one side to slow the paint job from being modified.
